Returns & Refunds Policy
If you would like to make a claim relating to your order, we accept reasons of, shipping damage and/or wrong items sent and or faulty product (products).
Please contact 100 mile foodie within 24 hours. If goods are faulty they must be returned unopened within 24 hours of delivery. After your claim, we will promptly redeliver your goods again at no charge or provide a refund as long as the items are returned in full.
If we find there is no problem with the items returned, i.e. no damage and/or correct items sent and are not faulty we will return the items to you at your shipping cost only.
Please understand there are no refunds on items which have been tampered with or if you have a change of mind or do not like the taste.
