A collaboration of two small local businesses in Somerville on the Mornington Peninsula would love to bring you a very special opportunity to make your own Christmas Ham & Italian Porcetta over 2 sessions, including a glass of local beer or bubbles plus delicious tastings made on site.

This class is conducted over 1 x night/ 1 x day, Wednesday evening 22nd July 2020 starting at 630pm for 3 hours then again Saturday 25th July starting 1.30pm for 3 hours, just in time for Christmas in July celebrations that night.
Learn the art of butchery, brining and smoking. Go home with your very own hand made, by you, 3 kilo smoked Ham and 2.5 kilo Porchetta
