Together we will recreate the flavours of istanbul from the pomegranate juice juiced fresh in front of you to beautiful baklava served in restaurants opened in 1864 serving only baklava and chai.

You can watch and learn or have fun in a hands on way. Either way, you will get to taste each dish, finishing with delicious baklava made from hand-rolled pastry.
