Only 6 places available, this activity will run with 2 support workers assisting 6 participants
Day 1: starts with creating our recipe measuring the grains & milling grain. Then a walk in the hop garden to pick the hops straight off the vines. Once picked you will help add hops to the brew pot. As the beer is cooking will enjoy 8-hour slow cooked s BBQ brisket burger and quench your thirst with a beer or soft drink.
Day two: is all about preparing and bottling your fresh beer. During the day you will also bake the most delicious goodies using the grains from the beer we made.
