Only 4 places available, this activity will run with 2 support workers assisting 4 participants

This class will only be about tomatoes! You will learn how to grow, care and harvest your own tomatoes. Together we will pick the fruit you will use on the day, then make preserve in pairs. 

Each guest will take home what has been made, with each guest’s preserves being cooked and bottled as if it were a product to be sold, with a label and best-before date. This class includes a take-home recipe booklet, all preserves made in the class, and afternoon tea featuring Jacican preserves. The afternoon tea will feature dishes that use the preserves you have made from the Jacican pantry and will be suitable for vegetarians.  Drinks, tea, coffee, homemade lemonade and a glass of Gippsland wine, will be included (18+ only)
