Eating is more than simply looking after hunger pangs for the Spanish – food is savoured and enjoyed communally and many traditions have evolved over the years including the famous tapas – the series of small snacks eaten with a drink as the prelude to a meal.

Join us as we learn to prepare a Spanish feast including some traditional tapas dishes and the famous Sangria to sip on throughout your cook.

– Gambas al ajillo (garlic prawns)
– Jamón serrano con tumaca (Serrano ham on toast)
– Albondigas (Spanish meatballs)
– Basque cheesecake
Instead of a shopping list for you to head out and find ingredients from all corners of Victoria, whilst we are in lockdown and unable to travel more than 15km we will deliver the majority of the ingredients needed except for pantry staples such as milk and eggs.
That’s right we will deliver all ingredients needed right to your front door so all you need to do is unpack them, check your email for the Zoom link, have the kitchen equipment, ingredients and a healthy appetite to enjoy your ‘Cooking School at Home’ lunch. We will send you a list of equipment required, which is minimal, to prepare your Spanish feast whilst you cook along with us.
The equipment list will be sent in your recipe book which is delivered to your door with all ingredients between Thursday-Friday before the class.
