Spend a dreamy afternoon learning how to create creamy gourmet ice-cream, seasonal sorbets, vegan nice creams & the Italian dessert, granita.

We will start the Masterclass with a Silian favourite breakfast, a coffee granita.Served in a tall, clear glass topped with freshly whipped cream with a side of delicious brioche.

Next up Vegan nice-cream sandwiches filled with strawberry & banana dairy and egg free nice-cream sandwiched between two vegan cookies!

Let’s make our own dulce de leche and creme anglaise to create our stunning ice-cream terrines, Turkish delight and vanilla and dulce de leche, delicious.

To finish the easiest, quickest, healthiest seasonal fruit based sorbets.

Recipes and hours of serious tastings served throughout the Masterclass along with a glass of local Mornington Peninsula bubbles.
