Your Beef and Beer Masterclass will begin at 100 Mile Foodie HQ – with a couple of beef-brisket brioche sliders stacked full of hot, delicious beef from Hillock Downs Farm. These little beauties are served alongside a home-brewed beer tasting with Oskar, and followed by made-on-farm chipolatas and the beer of your choice.
Marlene will guide you through the secrets of flame, time and char to produce a perfectly cooked piece of meat add some fried onion rings, crunchy potatoes from Hawkes Farm, a few mind-blowing sauces – and it’s time to eat!
Have another home-brewed craft beer while Oskar guides you through the secrets of successful home brewing, answering questions along the way.
Round out the day nicely with a dessert of local Sunnyridge Strawberry Farm strawberries macerated in Harts Farm white balsamic vinegar.
