Good gut health is necessary to keep inflammation and pain in check, and for overall systemic health. In this workshop you will learn how to adopt the world’s healthiest diet for good gut health. The Mediterranean eating pattern has shown it reduces inflammation and therefore reduces your risk of dementia and reverse symptoms of depression and anxiety. It also helps with weight management, balances digestion, preventing heart disease and increasing longevity. Nutritionist Alison Tehan from www.alisontehan.com will teach you how to easily adopt this diet, what foods to include everyday including easy recipes and daily habits.

This event will be an evening workshop where Alison will teach you how to easily adopt the Mediterranean diet, what foods to include regularly to improve digestion and increase energy levels.

This will be presented over shared platters of Mediterranean food and wine prepared by Marlene from 100 Mile Foodie www.100milefoodie.com.au
